30-Day Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your VELTRONICS purchase. You may request a return, refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item should be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging where applicable. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos where relevant so we can resolve the issue.

How to start a return

Email contact@veltronics.store with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us. Once your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and next steps.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.

Non-returnable items

Items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
